This session definitely prompted me to step out of my comfort zone! 🙂 I typically allot 1 to 2 hours for each session that I shoot. That way, it gives me a little time to get to know the family, for the kids to warm up to me, and for my creative juices to get flowing. When the Marsh family arrived at the park where we were shooting, Mrs. Marsh jumped out and informed me that the males in the family were not too excited about getting their picture taken. Poor Mr. Marsh had just had surgery so he was a champ even coming out! I was quickly informed that the session would have to be time limited to 20-30 minutes. We had to throw warming up periods to the wind and jump right in! I was excited to see, that even though we had so little time, all of the disgruntled boys in the family (big and small) were up to getting some great shots in! We gave new meaning to 1/2 hour photo!
Thank you guys for hanging in there for a speed photography session! It was a lot of fun! 🙂
