Happy 16 Month Birthday, Grif-Man! (A Day Late!) :)

Dear Griffin,

Yesterday you turned 16 months old. I swear that every month goes by faster and faster and you are becoming a little boy in front of our eyes! Every day you look less and less like a baby. You have had an upset tummy for the last week and you have been much more snuggly than usual. Even though I hate to see you uncomfortable, I sure do love those extra snuggles. I know that the day will come WAY too quickly where you won’t want to hug your mom as much so I will enjoy every second while I can. You have really made progress with your walking the last couple of weeks and I think that you will be running away from us in the grocery store before we know it! You and Dad have developed a fun closet game where Dad goes and hides behind the clothes in the closet and you go diving in after him. I can hear you giggling throughout the house when you guys play your little game and sometimes I hear Dad giggling just as loud! It is such a wonderful sound to hear! We had a big snow the day before yesterday so we have had the most wonderful lazy weekend around the house just the three of us. It was your first time getting to play in the snow today and you LOVED it! Dad set you down in the snow and off you went down the street! Good thing the road was solid ice and no cars were on the roads! 🙂 It is so awesome watching you grow up and experience things for the first time! I don’t know how it would be possible to love you any more than I do! 🙂 I love you the mostest, Griffin!

P.S.  If you ever wonder where you get your good looks, look at that handsome man on the right above. Your daddy is a good looking man! 🙂 I love you!
